Yoga has transformed my life and connected me to all that is real. It has changed the way I view the world and given me a different perspective. I have learned to listen, tune into my deepest intuition and live with acceptance of myself. Yoga has become more than a practise, it has become a way of living on and off the mat. I have found that when we are fully connected, we are plugged into an essence which links us all. This is where the MAGIC happens and our dreams start to unfold.

Spring is a time of fertility. It's quite special and this one is no exception. I woke early this morning and things seem quite magic. When I create space to listen, I feel closer to the magic of love, nature and life. Today I can feel the abundance all around me. When seeds are sown, our garden grows. We water and tend the process, weed out what is no longer needed and speak kindly to it acknowledging the lessons bestowed to our journey.
This past week has shown me gentleness, kindness and a huge energy of truly abundant love. I'm feeling wrapped in this universal secret that we are. Seeds planted in friendships, grown with little moments to remind me how loved and supported I am. This is truly something!
With a year of serious challenges that has bought many to their knees.. I'm counting my lucky stars that I'm intact and feel whole. I have experienced the pits of despair, grief, isolation, separation and sadly, loss. On the flip side, support, love, laughter, a deeper connection to my children and a true, raw, deep gratitude where only love exists …

I imagine I would have stayed down a slippery slope without something to stay accountable to… I feel winds are changing and have decided that AFTER Sunday 15th November class, COY will take a rest to allow space for something new to grow…
I'm on a journey of self-discovery and growth at the moment and need some time to see what life will look like now.
